AṢṬĀṄGA MYSORE CLASS

Aṣṭāṅga Mysore class is the consistent practice of the Aṣṭāṅga Yoga sequence at your own pace. 

You are individually taught and guided through the sequence of the Aṣṭāṅga Primary series at your own pace.  This best allows you to utilise  your own rhythm of Ujaii breath (full nostril breath) and opening of the body.  We build your practice up over time and try to accommodate for any impairments or apparent restrictions.

The teacher does not lead the class as a group but guides you independently along the traditional system.  Mysore class has new students and long time ones practicing alongside each other.  This is the system taught by Guruji; Sri K Pattabhi Jois. 

Over time the consistency of Aṣṭāṅga Mysore practice shows us that we can experience the body and mind with greater freedom and less ignorance.

No experience is required, just a desire to dedicate to consistent practice and be open to the process.

To book you need to email or call and register your interest. Monthly passes start at minimum 2 x a week, up to 6 x a week.  Established practitioners are welcome to attend casually.
